Celebrating 25 Years at DLF for Phil Seedhouse

Yesterday marked a significant milestone for one of DLF's dedicated employees: 25 years of continuous service at Inkberrow. Phil Seedhouse began his journey with the company, known as Perryfield’s Holdings at the time, on July 1st, 1999.

When Phil first started, his knowledge about grass was limited to the basics: it's green, and cows eat it. But with a surname like Seedhouse, he seemed destined to work in the seed industry, and perhaps it even helped him secure the job in the first place. Fast forward 25 years, and he's learned a great deal more about grass, witnessed three company name changes, and seen four Managing Directors come and go. His attendance record is something he takes pride in—he's been so fortunate with his health that you can count the number of sick days he's taken on one hand.

DLF has been more than just a place of work for him, as Phil stated "DLF’s been a good place to work at, It’s fed and clothed me, given me the funds to buy a house, paid for my hobby of fishing and also allowed me to see some of the World in my personal life, DLF’s been a great Company to work for and I’m glad I decided to put my roots down here all those years ago".
